PintPod for Wedding Venues
A self-service bar built for the rhythm of a wedding day: controlled drinks receptions, the post-speeches rush, and a long late-night bar. Permanent install or flexible hire. 500mm footprint that fits listed barns and country houses without a single structural change.

The Wedding Bar Problem
Couples pay for a wedding to feel effortless. If guests queue twenty deep while speeches are waiting and the DJ is stood down, that's the review they write. PintPod makes the bar disappear.
The Reception Rush
150 guests all want a drink in the first 20 minutes. A manual bar caps out at 70 pints/hour per staffer, so the queue forms immediately and never clears.
Weekend Bar Staffing
Finding 4 good bar staff for every Saturday wedding is expensive and unreliable. One PintPod supervisor covers what used to take three.
Hire-Bar Wastage
Casual staff pouring under pressure waste up to 20% of every keg. On a 150-guest wedding that's hundreds of pounds walking out through the plumbing.
Listed & Barn Venues
You can't route chilled beer lines through a 300-year-old timber frame. PintPod's 500mm freestanding unit drops in anywhere with a 13A socket.

Recommended for Weddings
The flagship unit, chosen by wedding venues that run 40+ weddings a year. Four simultaneous pours, four drinks on the list, and a perfect finish every time.
Licensing & Staff
A barn, a marquee or a field on private land usually has no premises licence at all. If the bar is selling drinks, or the drinks are part of a package the couple pays for, the venue needs authorisation. We apply for the Temporary Event Notice, act as named premises user, and can supply trained bar staff for the day.

A typical wedding venue running 40 weddings a year, with 4 bar staff at £20/hr, sees dramatic savings from a single PintPod 4-Tap.

Common Questions
Yes. The 2-Tap and 4-Tap units both have a 500mm base footprint and plug into a standard 13A socket, with no major structural work, chilled beer lines, or building alterations required. They sit alongside existing furniture and move between rooms if needed, which is why wedding barns, country houses, and listed venues choose them over fixed-cellar installations.
A single 4-Tap unit serves up to 300 pints per hour, comfortably enough for a 150-guest wedding reception and subsequent evening service. For larger weddings (200+ guests) we recommend a second unit to absorb the post-speeches surge. Each perfect pint pours in around 12 seconds.
One PintPod supervisor per unit typically replaces 2 manual pourers during peak reception service. Your team focuses on ID checks, cocktails, wine service, and guest hospitality rather than pulling pint after pint. Most venues reduce weekend bar staffing by 50–70%.
Yes. We offer flexible hire from £125/day or £450/month for one-off weddings or seasonal bookings. Most wedding-venue owners find outright purchase pays back within one season given the staff and wastage savings, but flexible hire is available if you'd rather test the fit first.
